Little + Me Pilates

Join us for a group Pilates class where your littles are welcome! Each ticket includes entry for 1 adult and up to 2 littles. 
Class will be taught by  Sam of Humanly Well  who specializes in prenatal and post partum fitness. 

This energizing Pilates class is designed for new and expecting mamas, building strength safely through every stage of motherhood! Led by Sam, a certified pre & postnatal corrective exercise specialist, this workout emphasizes core activation, pelvic floor connection, posture, and mobility for all fitness levels. You'll leave this class feeling reconnected, rejuvenated, and ready to take on your day!

Class will be held in the run+play side of the building. Your ticket will include the class and 30 minutes of play before and after the class. Please bring your own mat for the practice.
